Do your cat(s) like water? Than your cat(s) should have a go at this PawKitty, and it is a circular mat, and we decided to buy the one hundred centimeter in diameter round PawKitty mat. It is a bit expensive, for forty dollars, but can be somewhat enriching and fun for your pet. What I like is, it is a blue color mat supposed to be nice and tough, but has a nice ocean like scenery, and beautiful colors to go with it. It feels like you are inside the mat, with marine life to look at. It says online: Easy set up-add water, and blow air. My husband, Dave tried to blow it up with his mouth, but it was to hard to do. This time, we recommend you use an electric pump, to pump up the mat. Next get a pitcher, and take a funnel, and put it inside the hole, and add warm like water to your mat, using the funnel to pour the water inside the hole like compartment of the mat. Now even though it did say, the mat was puncture proof, we didn’t put it on our carpet, or area rug, and so we put it on our tiled floor. Next, we might even put it on the floor, in our garage. Here’s the good news, there were no problems, and no leakage. Even with Kai and Pukini’s long strong nails, it didn’t puncture the mat at all.
After several attempts at first, Kai just stared at it and sniffed it, and than Kai and Pukini would either lie down or sit up in the mat filled with water. I wondered when they laid down, or sat up on the mat, if the water, which was lukewarm at first, and now cool water, felt good to their bodies. Hmm did it feel like a nice, and comfy water mat? I would put my hand down on the water, and have the water move like waves, and I think they liked that. I liked and the cats wondered what is this of the variety of fish in their water. I think Kai and Pukini pawed at them a few times. When they just laid there on the mat, I wondered what would happen, if I put treats on the mat, and of course they both gobbled them up, and than I put my wand toys, near as they played a bit with the toys around and on the mat. I really liked the starfish, and other fish on the mat, with a variety of colors on them. Kai was trying to figure out what he was supposed to do with the fish/starfish. With his paw, Kai said how am I supposed to play with them, and get them out of the mat. They did like to lie down or sit up on the mat, or stand up. What I wanted to try, and felt like it was pretty neat was I got the laser pointer, and put it under the mat, and had this red glowing color to the mat underneath. Kai’s like what is this? Kai pawed and pawed at the light of the laser pointer, underneath the mat. I think he enjoyed it.
Finally, this product got a mixed review, from our cats, but if you’re looking for something different, for some enrichment, stretching, pawing fun, look no further than PawKitty. I just wished they would have pawed at the mot more. Now, your cat(s) might really paw at it, and have a fun time.
