Hoppy Easter!

FAT CAT Fluff Bunnies Cat Toys - Catnip Kicker Toy. Here is our second Easter toy we couldn’t wait to come to our house, so we could play with these little catnip bunnies. We ordered one blue bunny kicker toy, and one pink bunny kicker toy, and they are the cutest and are really small bunnies. It says these are catnip kicker toys, but they are too small to have these be catnip kicked toys. Your cat might think differently though, and you never know. I liked the darling animated looking faces on these bunnies. They are the softest and fluffiest bunnies ever, and the toy feels like the fur of a real bunny.

So here we are I got the bunnies out, and I threw them to our cats, Kai and Pukini on our living room floor, on their foie grass mat. Pukini just sniffed at them, but didn’t play with them, but Kai pawed, and played with them a bit. Plus he rubbed his bunny toy, and laid his head down on one of the bunnies. The website said, contains our Fat Cat Zoom Around the Room high-test organic catnip, but I wonder how much of it was actually inside the toy. I was bummed Pukini didn’t play with the bunny toys, and Kai’s results were mixed, not throwing it up and biting at it. I actually took our tub of Yeowwww tub of catnip, and put a few pinches of catnip on the bunny toys. They barely rubbed the toys afterwards.

To let you know, no toy is indestructible, and make sure none of the ear, and hand parts don’t tear off, or nothing else falls apart. Give this bunny toy a chance, and get as many as you would like of them. Have your cat try it out, because they might like it better than our cats did. They are not bad for the price, $4.99 each, and we ordered two of them, of colors pink and blue.

Bubblelicious!

We bought a special toy for Easter, and can you guess what the toy is? It’s fun, they go up in the air, and the cats like to bite and play and swat these, when they land on the floor. They are allergen free, enriching, irresistible, and made in the good ole USA. Did you guess right, or did you give up? Answer: Kitty Love Bubbles. We bought a 2 pack-4 ounce bottle of bubbles for our cats from Amazon. As soon as I got them, I let them smell the bottle, and then I took the cap of the bottle as well. I shook them and they smelled the bubbled liquid, and they started meowing, and got excited. They are catnip infused smelling bubbles. Dave took the bubble wand, and blew out the first wand of the bubbles. Lots and lots of bubbles went up in the air, and than they floated back down showering Pukini and Kai with bubbles.. As soon as they fell on the floor, Pukini tried to bite at them and pounce at them. It was funny taking photos and getting a video of it we liked. Kai liked it, but pawed on a few bubbles, but Pukini liked it more. It’s like they were kittens all over again, and here they are about 6 years old coming up. Who doesn’t like catnip smelling bubbles?

What I liked was not only is this an irresistible fun toy, but it’s an enrichment toy as well. The enrichment part is just watching your cat react in amazement of when Dave blew the bubbles out from the wand it provides. The wand comes in the bottle of solution, and when you blow out the bubbles, it’s neat to see where they land on the floor. I tried to get the bubbles to land not in their face, but near them. The bubbles did land on their fur, but the cats didn’t seem to bothered by it. We blew the bubbles on our carpeted floor and tiled floor. Just be aware if you blow the bubbles on the tiled floor, either mop your floor afterwards, or get a paper towel with water, and dry paper towel to clean it up. You can slip on the floor if you don’t clean it up.

Wing On A String!

Here is another Christmas toy, we bought called:Crazy Cat Toy- Authentic Dehydrated Quail Wing. Thank you Kelly Carey who made this toy for Etsy. As soon as we received this toy, we had the cats just take a quick sniff, and they were really excited of what was an actual quail wing. Both cats, Kai and Pukini went crazy for it and started pawing at it. As soon as we brought it out every weekend to play, the cats would sniff at it, chase and grab at it, and catch and bite at it. I would take the quail wing, and move it up and down, back and forth. Since Kai has more sharper and longer claws, the elastic string broke, and so good thing I had bought 2 of them. But I just took the the loose elastic string, and tied it to the other end of the string in a knot, and it was shorter in length, but still worked. The other one was fine, and is longer in length, and so far so good.

Just to let you know, this toy is made out of: Materials: Coturnix Wing, Pole, Elastic string, and jingle bell. I liked the fact there was some smell of the dehydrated quail wing, to attract the cats. What I liked it wasn’t on a wire which was nice, so it didn’t get all tangled up, although there were a few times the string got tangled up, but I got it untangled pretty fast. I loved the cute little bell sound on the toy, and the cats enjoyed it as well.

According to Kelly Carey she tested this toy out on her grouchy kitty, and she became a kitten in seconds. It's made of a dehydrated quail wing attached to a 20”elastic sting and a 12" handle. The pictures don't do it justice and I couldn't upload a video. I humanely raise the quail on my backyard farm and they are fed a GMO free diet.This listing is for one toy. If you'd like multiples, the shipping will stay the same! Great Christmas gift! No toy is indestructible, and after we play, I put it away in our ottoman for storage. For example: One of the piece of feather, fell off the toy, probably from Kai grabbing at it, but it still works and it received close to 5 stars rating.

The Wiggle Wand Deluxe Edition!

I couldn’t wait to check out another toy we bought at Christmas for our cats, Kai and Pukini. I took it out of the plastic bag it came in. This is another toy from Etsy, and thank you Cassie for your homemade fun toy. I love homemade toys, and such creative people out there. This reminded me of a snake with yarn threads hanging down, and I loved to move It back and forth, and up and down. This drove the cats crazy, because they couldn’t keep up with the directions they had to chase it. I loved the fact it was made out of yarn, and it was on a yarn like wand, and not a on a wired wand. I like the fact it doesn’t get tangled up, because I still have it in it’s original plastic bag it came in. What I liked was it was a color we never had before: A pastel green color and white. Kai and Pukini besides chasing this wiggle wand side to side, and back and forth, it was fun to just dangle the wand up high, to see how high they would jump to grab at the strands of yarn. They would bite, claw, and grab it like their prey.

According to Cassie of The Wiggle Wand, this is the only toy that engages all of your cat’s senses of: Hearing, seeing, chewing, smell it, scratch it, and chase it. Wiggle wand deluxe tip to tail length is 43.5 inches. Also it has a yarn like handle that is comfortable to hold. Next, this wiggle wand gives your cats lots of exercise, to feel like they have that desire to chase and hunt down their prey.
