I can see it in their eyes, and excitement of their legs jumping up and down, to reach up for this toy. Cat dancer, is this wired toy made out of spring steel, with attached paper twists are rolled cardboard at both ends of the wired apparatus. You can hold it up high in the air, or on the carpeted floor and the cats like to reach up with their paws and bat at it.
